- Job Title: Sr. Oracle ERP Consultant – HCM Business Unit: Business Solution
- Job Summary
- The Senior Oracle HCM Consultant provides expertise in the support and maintenance of Oracle EBS HR/HCM Cloud modules. Experience in product personalization, integration, data conversion, report creation/maintenance, and configuration are required.
- Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle the Full Cycle Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources Implementation (HR) from Gathering Requirement to Going Live.
- Follow Oracle HCM project execution methodology (OUM) covering the activities of project implementation.
- Prepare business process flows, functional and technical design documents, and training materials, and update documents as required.
- Understand solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
- Design, present and articulate Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) On-premise/Cloud to a variety of external and internal stakeholders
- Provide ongoing implementation and production support for Core HR, Payroll, Self Service Human Resources, iRecruitment, Time and Labor, HR DBI, and Oracle HCM cloud offerings.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and responses to customer RFPs.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Implementing Oracle HCM Offerings.
- Excellent experience is using third party solutions like TOAD for oracle, SQL navigator and Knowledge Expert for PLSQL.
- Experience in Forms customization and personalization.
- Experience in Data Validation and uploading.
- Working effectively with APIs.
- Experience in HCM Extracts, HDL, OIC, BI Publisher.
- Experience in Application Security, Fast Formula, Workflow, Page Composer, Page Configurator.
- Experience in REST APIs, SOAP, and Web services.
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to work well with clients in a project team environment.
- HCM Certifications are desired.
