Job Summary

  • Responsible for overseeing the technical development, customization, and implementation of ERP solutions for assigned projects. This role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring the seamless integration of ERP systems with business processes, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance system functionality and performance.
  • Main Duties & Responsibilities
    • Manage Technical team in accordance to the department policies, procedures and plans.
    • Oversee the development, customization, and implementation of ERP modules to meet business requirements. Monitor the technical aspects of business process implementation and execution.
    • Revise and continuously improve processes used in accordance with department rules and regulations.
    • Test the custom components and assist the users on UAT to finally migrate the changes to Production environment.
    • Analyze current business processes and assist users in making best use of systems.
    • Work with other members of the functional team to help evaluate data and processes, trouble-shooting systems and incorporating solutions as required.
    • Work with SaaS providers for issues corresponding to the Service Requests and future product development.
    • Understand the various integrations and support of applications which integrate with Custom applications and other Cloud applications.
    • Work effectively with Vendors and third-party contractors in delivering the requirements.
    • Be a part of the implementation team to roll out ERP applications for various countries integrating it with the custom homegrown applications.
    • Engage with business users and solve the day-to-day issues as a part of Oracle support.
    • Ensure best practices in ERP programming, integration, and security are followed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Software engineering or any other related field
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Development and implementation of Oracle ERP Solutions.
    • Has experience in Oracle ERP extension (forms, report, sql,pl/sql)
    • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Has Oracle ERP Certification is a must.
    • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
