in the MENA region and speaks the language of our community

💡 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
🔹Deliver 1-on-1 coaching sessions to Arabic-speaking job seekers across MENA
🔹 Guide candidates through CV and LinkedIn profile optimization
🔹 Lead mock interviews and give actionable feedback
🔹 Teach networking strategies that work in the MENA context
🔹 Help participants build personalized job-hunting plans
🔹 Host workshops on job search topics like branding and salary negotiation
🔹 Stay current with hiring trends and cultural nuances in the region
🔹 Support participants in reviewing and negotiating job offers
🔹 Track progress and follow up regularly with job seekers

📌 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✅ Fluent in Levantine Arabic and English
✅ 3+ years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, HR, or talent development
✅ Deep understanding of the MENA job market and employer expectations
Strong communication and coaching skills
✅Confident using digital tools for remote coaching
