We are looking for a Service Operation Expert to join our client from production industry and ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Google Workspace-based collaboration platform and mailing services (Mailjet & Smarthost). You will work closely with the Service Owner and Managed Services partner to optimize performance, improve user satisfaction, and enhance service governance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage service requests and oversee user accounts & licenses
- Maintain system configurations and assist with reporting & analysis
- Ensure smooth integration and governance of 3rd party services
- Collaborate with app owners & communications teams to optimize Mailjet usage
- Participate in operational committees with Managed Services partners
- Assist in testing, planning & implementation of service changes
- Identify and automate process improvements
- Support security measures & governance for platform protection
- Contribute to transformation projects (service upgrades, integrations, etc.)
- Provide training & guidance on productivity services
- Develop & maintain user guides, training materials & documentation
- Ensure coordination with L0/L1 Help Desk & Managed Services partners (L2/L3 support)
- Monitor support requests in the ITSM tool for efficient resolution
- Investigate complex incidents & implement preventive measures
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of Google Workspace & mailing services.
- Experience in service operations, ITSM tools & incident management.
- Ability to analyze & optimize processes.
- Understanding of security governance & compliance.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills.
